Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Taylored Legacy website and the Agency Architect platform, operated by TL Platform LLC, d/b/a Agency Architect ("we," "us," "the Company"). By visiting our site, submitting a form, or using the agent platform, you agree to these Terms.
Not an Offer of Insurance
Nothing on this website is an offer or guarantee of insurance coverage. Coverage is subject to underwriting approval by the issuing carrier. All figures, examples, and illustrations shown are for planning purposes only and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of income, earnings, or coverage outcomes.
Who can use the agent platform
The agent-facing platform is available only to individuals appointed or contracted with Taylored Legacy in good standing. Access may be suspended or revoked at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, licensing lapse, or contract termination.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for legitimate business related to your role with Taylored Legacy.
- Don't attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you're not authorized to see.
- Don't use client, lead, or contact information for any purpose outside servicing that relationship on our behalf.
- Follow all applicable law when contacting consumers, including TCPA, state Do-Not-Call, and state insurance solicitation rules.
- Don't connect the platform, its data, or its AI assistant to any third-party system, integration, or service we haven't approved.
Purchases — leads, credits, and wallet funds
Certain platform features let you purchase leads or add funds to an in-platform wallet. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, all sales are final: no refunds or discounts on leads or wallet funds once delivered or applied. The specific terms shown at checkout for a given purchase control over this general statement.
Our AI Assistant
The platform includes an AI assistant that can look up your own activity, sales, and contact records, and can prepare (but never send without your confirmation) tasks, texts, and emails on your behalf. You're responsible for reviewing anything the assistant prepares before you approve it — it is a tool you direct, not a substitute for your own judgment or compliance obligations.
Intellectual Property
The platform, its software, design, training content, and the "Taylored Legacy," "Agency Architect," and "Lead Conduit" names and marks are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, and purchase terms) continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
