What the floor actually taught us.

Not a blog. These are the operating principles the platform is built on, written plainly enough that you can disagree with them.

01 — Operating principles

Six things we run on

Each one changed how the product works. None of them is a slogan.

  1. Speed to lead

The first dial is worth more than the next ten

A marketplace lead is being worked by other agents the moment it lands. The platform routes and dials it rather than queueing it for whoever opens the CRM next, because the gap between arrival and first ring is the single controllable variable in that race.

  2. Dial discipline

Talk time is the number, not dials

Dial counts reward speed-dialling voicemails. Talk time rewards conversations. The boards rank on premium first, then sales, then dials, in that order, so nobody wins a week by dialling nothing into nobody.

  3. Leaderboards

A board with faces on it outperforms a spreadsheet

Production is social. A weekly board with photographs, rank and the number changes behaviour in a way a monthly report does not, because the agent sees their standing while the week can still be changed.

  4. Lead economics

Metered beats bundled, for the buyer

Bundling lead spend into a seat price hides the unit cost and removes the agent's ability to manage it. Keeping leads and dialer minutes pay-as-you-go keeps the cost per acquisition visible, which is the only way it gets improved.

  5. Compliance

Consent is evidence, not a checkbox

Every consent captured is stored with the exact text the consumer agreed to, plus the time, address and agent. A checkbox that records only 'true' is not evidence and will not survive a complaint.

  6. Tooling

Six renewals is a tax on attention

A dialer, a CRM, a lead source, a quoting tool, a leaderboard and a training portal means six bills, six logins and six support queues. The cost is rarely the licence fee — it is the time spent between the tools.
