This Privacy Policy covers Taylored Legacy and the Agency Architect platform (operated by TL Platform LLC, d/b/a Agency Architect) — together, "we," "us," or "the Company." It applies to our public website, our agent platform, and any communications you have with our agents.

02Information We Collect

When you request information, request a quote, or speak with one of our licensed agents, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, phone number, email address, mailing address, state of residence.
• Information relevant to insurance needs you provide voluntarily: approximate age, coverage interest, beneficiary information.
• Communications: call recordings (where disclosed and permitted by state law), text messages, and email correspondence with our agents.
• Technical information: pages visited, general location (state/region), and device/browser information collected automatically when you use our website.

What we do not collect or store: we do not collect or store Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or bank routing numbers on this platform. If you apply for coverage, that information is collected directly by the insurance carrier's own secure application, governed by that carrier's privacy practices — never by us.

03How we use your information

• To respond to your request and connect you with a licensed agent.
• To prepare and present insurance options suited to what you tell us.
• To service an existing policy or answer questions about coverage you hold.
• To send you information you've asked for by phone, text, or email, consistent with the consent you gave us.
• To train and coach our agents on call quality (using call recordings where disclosed), and to operate our internal business systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for third parties' own marketing purposes.

04Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to do the things above:

• The insurance carrier you choose to apply with, to process your application.
• Service providers who help us operate — our customer platform database, telephony/SMS providers, and our AI assistant used internally by licensed agents to prepare for and follow up on conversations with you. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes.
• As required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.

05Your Choices

• You can ask to stop receiving calls or texts from us at any time — tell any agent "stop calling" or "remove me," and we will honor it immediately.
• You can ask what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below (subject to what we're required to keep for insurance recordkeeping or legal purposes).
• California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell information, so this last one is already satisfied).

06How we protect it

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their job, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and do not store the most sensitive application-level data (SSNs, bank details) on this platform at all. No system is perfectly secure, and we continually review these practices.

07Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

08Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here.
